The Champion Sprint, founding cohort starts November 11

Six weeks to a referral pipeline.

In six weeks with me, the relationships you already have become warm introductions to the clients you want. Each week you'll stretch just a little, take one small step with someone you already know, and write down what happened.

Six live weeks with me, capped at twenty people, on Wednesdays at noon Central. Founding cohort starts November 11.

I'll help you take one small step each week, because that's how real momentum builds.Amy Buchan Siegfried

Who it's for

People whose income moves when one new client arrives.

That's lawyers, financial advisors, CPAs, consultants, brokers, insurance producers, salespeople and business owners. Everyone who's ready to do the work is welcome.

This is for you if

  • You have a list of people who would take your call, and most of them haven't heard from you in months.
  • You'd rather have five Champions than five hundred contacts.
  • You can set aside twenty minutes a week and join six live sessions, or watch the recordings.
  • You're willing to send the asks. I write them and you simply have to hit send.

This is not for you if

  • You want a script that does the talking for you.
  • You need a new client this week. Warm introductions take a few weeks to build, and clients can take longer.
  • You'd rather watch than take part. The program works when you take each week's step yourself.

The askOne clear, specific ask to one person at a time. That's what the program is built on.

The six weeks

Every week, you take one small step with someone you already know.

The program follows the Networking Is A Piece Of C.A.K.E. Framework: Confidence, Authenticity, Keep In Touch and Explorative. Each week has one live 60-minute session with me, and I stay on for 15 minutes of optional Q&A. Every session is recorded, so you can catch up if you miss one.

WeekThemeWhat you doWhat you leave with
0Getting readyRun the audit, list 25 relationships, pick one goal and book your weekly twenty-minute block.Your starting numbers and your relationship map.

5Putting it to workHave five Champion conversations. Your 1:1 session with me happens in week five or six (founding cohort).Five people in your corner, and you in five of theirs.

What you get

Everything you need to do the work is included.

Live

Six live sessions with me

One a week, 60 minutes each, and I stay on for 15 minutes of optional Q&A. Each one is recorded, so you can catch up if you miss one.

Map

Your relationship map and first ten

We use a formula, not a mood ring. You'll finish with a ranked list of the first ten people to contact.

Words

First-ask messages, ready to send

Written by relationship type: former client, colleague, friend or fellow professional. Change a line or two so it sounds like you, and send.

Ladder

The ask ladder

How to move from "who do you know?" to a specific introduction, one comfortable step at a time.

Check-in

A two-minute Friday check-in

A short online form each Friday: touchpoints, conversations, introductions, meetings, opportunities and what they're worth. It shows you your own progress, week by week.

Pods

A pod of four

A small group going through the six weeks with you and checking in between sessions, so nobody has to do this alone.

Circle

Twelve months in the Champions Circle

After the six weeks: a 30-minute live Q&A with me each month (send your questions ahead), a weekly Keep In Touch prompt in the community, and a sprint re-run each quarter.

1:1

A twenty-minute 1:1 session with me

This is our time together to talk through your pipeline and any challenges you're facing. It happens in week five or six, for the founding cohort only.

Kit

Employer-reimbursement kit

A one-page justification, an invoice format your finance team can use, and the written email your manager needs.

The math

What one new client is worth to you.

If one introduction becomes a client, the program has paid for itself. Below is what one client is worth at published averages, but your own number from the audit is the one that matters.

What's included
Six weeks with me

Weigh all of this against what one new client is worth to you. Every introduction after that first one keeps working for you.

  • Six live sessions with me, each one recorded
  • Your relationship map, first-ask messages and ask ladder
  • The Friday check-in and a pod of four
  • Twelve months in the Champions Circle
  • A twenty-minute 1:1 session with me (founding cohort)
  • A money-back guarantee

For comparison, a Kitces Research survey put the average advisor's cost to win one client at about $3,119, most of it their own time.

A business lawyer$35,000One client a year, modeled as 100 hours at a published $350 rate
A consultant$15K to $50KOne project
A CPA$17,867One client a year (AICPA CAS benchmark, 2024)
A financial advisor$1.9K to $20KOne client a year by client size, at 97% retention, and far more over ten years
A broker or agentAbout $7,500One side (modeled)
In insuranceAbout $3,000One account a year (modeled), and again each year it renews

Published averages, labeled where modeled. This is arithmetic, not a promise or a typical result. Ask me for the sources.

In their words

What people say after a session with me.

These come from my talks, keynotes and workshops. The Champion Sprint is new, so stories from my founding Champions will join them after the first cohort, in their own words.

Before hearing Amy speak, I didn't realize how much my own words were holding me back; I was selling myself short. And I wasn't the only one. You could feel it in the room. It was eye-opening. I've already started making changes and approaching events in a more intentional, productive way.

The founding cohort

Twenty seats, this round only, at a founding rate.

There are twenty seats in this first cohort, this round only, at a founding rate for this first group. Founding members also get twenty minutes one-to-one with me in week five or six. I share the terms at the end of my free Audit Session, and if you'd like to talk them through first, I'll go over them with you on a call, plainly.

  • 20seatsThe founding cohort is capped at twenty people, in the order people book and decide.
  • 6weeksWednesdays at noon Central, November 11 to December 16, every session recorded.
  • 1:1with meTwenty minutes one-to-one in week five or six, for founding members only.
  • 12monthsIn the Champions Circle after the six weeks, with the monthly Q&A and the weekly prompt.

My guarantee, in full

Five conversations within 60 days, or your money back.

Come to the sessions or watch the replays, take each week's step and write it down in your Friday check-in. If you haven't had five conversations within 60 days of starting, I'll refund your seat. Your Friday check-ins are the record of the steps you took, so there's nothing extra to prove.

A conversation is any form of discussion: a call, a text, a message or in person.

Following the steps means completing the curriculum, attending the sessions or watching the replays, and doing the homework the program directs.

Book a call

If you'd like to talk it through first, let's have a conversation.

You can take a founding seat at the end of my free Audit Session, or talk with me first. On the call, we look at where your pipeline is, what one client is worth to you, and whether six weeks of this is the right move. Pick a time that suits you, and a member of my team may join us.

Not ready for a call? Start at my free Audit Session.

It's free and live with me on Google Meet, with twenty-five seats a session. We'll rank your first ten people, and you'll send your first note before we finish. Both sessions are open to everyone.

Pick a time

Choose a day, then a time. The times show in your own time zone, and the call takes about half an hour.

My calendar is being updated. Tell me when you're free and my team will find a time with you.

None of these times work? Ask for another time. The call is free and there's no commitment, and I'll explain the founding-cohort terms plainly. How I handle your details

Questions

The things people ask before they say yes.

Is this for me if I hate events and small talk?

Yes, and you'll be in good company. There are no networking events in the program and nothing to perform. The work is a text, a coffee or a specific ask to someone who already likes you.

How much time does it take?

One live 60-minute session with me each week, plus 15 minutes of optional Q&A if you'd like to stay on. Then you protect a twenty-minute block on your own calendar, and the Friday check-in takes about two minutes.

What exactly does the guarantee require?

It's written out in full in the guarantee section above. I kept the conditions short on purpose, and I'm happy to walk you through them on our call.

What does it cost?

I share the founding-cohort terms at the end of my free Audit Session, and you can take a seat right there. If you'd like to talk it through first, book a call and I'll walk you through the program and the terms, and we'll see together whether it fits.

Can my employer pay for it?

Often, yes. Every seat includes my employer-reimbursement kit: a one-page justification, an invoice in the format finance teams want, and the written email your manager needs. If your firm wants to send a group, start on my firm page.

What happens on the call?

It's a short conversation with me, and a member of my team may join us. Bring your audit number if you have one and the names of a few people who would take your call. You'll leave knowing whether the Sprint fits, what the founding cohort involves, and the next step if you want a seat.

When does it start, and what if I miss a session?

The founding cohort meets on Wednesdays at noon Central, from November 11 to December 16, and the last session is the showcase. Every session is recorded, so if you miss one, you can watch the replay and still take that week's step. Thanksgiving week's session is recorded for anyone who's away.

What happens after the six weeks?

You keep twelve months in the Champions Circle: a 30-minute live Q&A with me each month (questions are collected ahead of time), a weekly Keep In Touch prompt in the community, and a sprint re-run each quarter. After your first year, you can stay in the Circle if you'd like.

Why join the founding cohort?

Because the first cohort makes the proof. Founding members go first, tell me honestly what works, and get more of me: the twenty-minute 1:1 session in week five or six is for the founding cohort only.

Next step

Take a seat at the session, or talk it through first.

There are twenty founding seats. I share the terms at the end of my free Audit Sessions on October 20 and 22, and you can take a seat right there or book a call with me first.
