Champion-Led Growth, for firms
Your people already know your next clients.
Champion-Led Growth is my six-week program, run privately for your team. Your people learn to turn the relationships they already have into warm introductions, and you get a progress report that shows what it produced.
Each cohort is private, with 10 to 30 of your people.
Free for the first five firms: a 30-minute readout where I put a dollar figure on the relationships your team already has.

The Firm Relationship Revenue Audit
It runs in a week, everyone's answers stay anonymous, and the readout is yours to keep, whether or not you decide to continue with me. Here's how it goes from your first reply to the readout.
Your people take the audit
Ten to thirty of your client-facing professionals answer my five Hidden Pipeline questions. It takes each person about five minutes, and no names appear in the readout.
I put your numbers together
I count the relationships nobody has been in touch with lately and value them at your own rates. Then I measure the gap between your top quartile and everyone else, in dollars.
I present the readout
Thirty minutes with your managing partner or head of business development, covering four findings on one page each. If a proposal makes sense, I'll share one.
Four things come out of it.
Dormant relationships
How many client and referral relationships your team already has that nobody has been in touch with in 90 days, as a count and then as a dollar value in your own numbers.
The origination gap
The distance between your top quartile and everyone else, in dollars, so you can see how much new business is waiting in the middle of your team.
What closing half the gap is worth
If the middle of your team closed half the gap to your top quartile, this is what it would be worth. It uses your rates, your retention and your math.
Who's being left out
The people on your team who aren't yet in the rooms where business is won, or who were never taught how to win it. In the American Bar Association's Walking Out the Door study, 67% of experienced women lawyers said they lacked access to business development opportunities, compared with 10% of men.
The readout ends with my proposal, or simply with the readout. It's your call.
What the program produces
Originated business, with a progress report that shows it.
Every participant fills in a two-minute check-in each Friday. You see the totals by person and by cohort, plus a before-and-after picture, in a progress report for the sponsor.
Every message, note or coffee counts here, because everything else rests on this habit.
The real conversations your people have, counted from the audit onward. The program is built to help them have more of them.
Each time someone says your person's name in a room they weren't in, it's counted and dated.
Introductions that turned into a meeting with a prospective client.
Meetings that turned into an open matter, an engagement or a proposal.
Each participant's own estimate of what each opportunity is worth. I never fill this in for them.
In their words
What leaders say their people walked away with.
These come from leaders whose teams heard me speak or joined one of my sessions.
As Co-Managing Partner, I need programming that makes my investment worth it. Amy delivered. Her session was fun, incredibly well received, and gave our women attorneys a real framework they'll actually use.
For our 50th anniversary, we wanted our community to leave with something we knew they could use. So many are brilliant at their work, but less sure of how to connect. Amy changed that in one evening, with simple tips that took the pressure off. People were using her advice that same night. She didn't just inspire the room. She equipped it.
After hearing Amy speak, the shift was immediate. She delivered practical, motivating guidance that made networking feel simple, doable, and natural. Our team walked away with a plan and a new mindset: connection is something you can lead with, not something you have to force.
How firms run it
The same six weeks, run privately for your team.
Your people work through the Networking Is A Piece Of C.A.K.E. Framework in six live weeks with me. They meet in pods of four, fill in the Friday check-in, and the sponsor gets a progress report. The first firms join as pilot partners.
- 10peoplePilot for ten. A private cohort for ten of your client-facing people, run as its own six weeks.
- 30peoplePilot for thirty. Up to thirty of your people in pods of four, with the same six live weeks and the sponsor report.
There are two ways to run it: a private cohort for ten of your people, or up to thirty in pods of four. Each package runs as its own private cohort, and I go over the investment on the readout call, once we've looked at your team's numbers together.
My guarantee to firms
If your team doesn't reach the outcome we agree on, the second cohort is free.
Before we start, we agree on the outcome your team is working toward. If the team doesn't reach it, I run a second cohort for your people at no charge.
We set the details together on the readout call, so they fit your firm.
Request the audit
The audit is free for the first five firms.
Tell me who you are and how many people you'd like to include. I'll be in touch personally to set up your readout.
