How I handle your details.

This page explains, in plain words, what this site collects, what it's used for, who helps me look after it, and how to unsubscribe or ask me to delete it.

Last updated October 9, 2026. This site is run for Cultivate A Network Of Champions, my company, by my team and by Stoneclad Media, which builds and runs it for me.

What you give me

The Hidden Pipeline Audit. Your answers to the five questions stay in your own browser. They're sent to me if you save a seat at an Audit Session and leave the "Include my audit result" box ticked (then I receive your number, your Champion Score and where to start), or if you book a call, which carries your number (and, on the request form, what one client is worth to you) so I can prepare. The booking calendar fills your number in for you, and you can delete it before you book.

The forms and the booking calendar. When you save a seat, request the firm audit, book a call or ask for a call time, I receive what you type in: your name and email, and, depending on the form, your phone number, what you do, your firm, your team size, what a new client is worth to you, what you'd like to talk about and when you're free to talk. For an Audit Session I also note which session you picked, and for a call, the time you booked.

Where you came from. If the link you followed carried campaign tags (such as utm_source) or an ad click code from Meta, LinkedIn or Google, that information and the page you landed on are saved with your details, so I can see which posts and ads bring people here.

What I use it for

  • To save your seat and send you what you need for the session you picked.
  • To hold the call you booked and send you its confirmation and reminders.
  • To send you Schmooze News, my email every other Wednesday, when you sign up through a form that says so. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
  • To follow up on a call or firm audit request you sent, and to tell you about The Champion Sprint.
  • To understand which links and ads bring people to this site.

I don't sell your details.

Who helps me look after it

  • HighLevel (GoHighLevel) keeps my contact records: your details, tags such as the session you picked, and where you came from. It also runs my booking calendar and sends your call confirmation and reminders.
  • Google Workspace runs my calendar and Google Meet, where our calls take place.
  • Kit sends my emails, including Schmooze News and Audit Session emails, and handles unsubscribes.
  • Vercel hosts this site, and Google Fonts supplies its fonts, so both see the basic technical details any website sees, such as your IP address.
  • Stoneclad Media sets up and runs these tools for me.

Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy.

Ads and measurement

This site can use the Meta Pixel and the LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure ads. They stay switched off unless I'm running ads on those platforms. When they're on, Meta or LinkedIn receive information about your visit, such as the pages you view and whether you signed up, under their own privacy policies.

What your browser keeps

Your browser stores your audit answers and result so the next pages can show your number, and it keeps any campaign tags from your link for up to 30 days. You can clear them at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Unsubscribing, and seeing or deleting your details

Use the unsubscribe link in any email to stop them. To see what I hold about you, correct it or have it deleted, email speaking@amybsiegfried.com and my team will take care of it.
