The Champion Sprint, founding enrollment closes November 5
Turn the people you already know into Champions.
It's not sales training, it's relationship building. Each week you take one small step with someone you already know, and those relationships turn into warm introductions and people in your corner, whatever work you do.
There are 20 founding seats, and founding enrollment closes on Thursday, November 5 at 11:59 PM Central. Founding members also get 20 minutes one-to-one with me.
I'll help you take one small step each week, because that's how real momentum builds.Amy Buchan Siegfried
Who it's for
For anyone whose work grows through people.
Business owners, salespeople, real estate agents, lawyers, advisors, consultants and anyone building a career. If the right conversation could change your year, this program is for you, whatever your industry and wherever you live.
This is for you if
- You know people who would take your call, and most of them haven't heard from you in months.
- You'd rather have five Champions than 500 contacts.
- You can set aside 20 minutes a week for the people who matter to your work.
- You're willing to send the messages. I write them, and you change a line or two and hit send.
This is not for you if
- You want a script that does the talking for you.
- You need a new client this week. Warm introductions take a few weeks to build, and clients can take longer.
- You'd rather watch than take part. The program works when you take each week's step yourself.
What's included
Everything that usually gets in the way has an answer.
Most people don't need more contacts. They need to know who to start with and what to say, and a reason to keep going when the week gets busy. Here is what you get, next to the problem each piece solves.
- I don't know who to start with.
Your relationship map and your First Ten
A simple way to rank the people you already know, so you finish with the first 10 people to contact.
- I never know what to say.
First-ask messages, ready to send
Written by relationship type: former client, colleague, friend or fellow professional. Change a line or two so it sounds like you, and send.
- Asking feels pushy.
The ask ladder
How to move from "who do you know?" to a specific introduction, one comfortable step at a time.
- I lose touch with people.
A Keep In Touch habit you'll actually keep
A 20-minute block each week for touchpoints that carry no ask, plus a weekly Keep In Touch prompt in the community.
- I start strong, then life gets busy.
A two-minute Friday check-in
A short online form each Friday that shows you your own progress, week by week.
- I'd be doing this on my own.
Six live sessions with me, and a pod of four
Wednesdays at noon Central, November 11 to December 16, each one recorded, with a small group checking in between sessions.
- I want help with my own situation.
A 20-minute one-to-one with me
Our time to talk through your relationships and any challenges you're facing, in week five or six. It's for founding members only.
- I want this to last longer than six weeks.
12 months in the Champions Circle
After the six weeks, you get a 30-minute live Q&A with me each month, and you can send your questions ahead. The weekly Keep In Touch prompt continues, and there's a sprint re-run each quarter.
- My employer would have to approve it.
The employer-reimbursement kit
An email you can send your manager and a short summary of the program. Stripe emails you a receipt the moment you enroll.
- What if it doesn't work for me?
My guarantee
Five conversations within 60 days if you follow the steps, or your money back. It's written out in full below.
How it works
Six modules, one small step each week.
The program follows the Networking Is A Piece Of C.A.K.E. Framework: Confidence, Authenticity, Keep In Touch and Explorative. Each module has short video lessons from me and a worksheet, and it ends in one step you take with a real person. The founding cohort also meets me live each Wednesday at noon Central for six weeks.
Before week one
List the people you know, pick one goal and book your weekly 20-minute block.
Confidence and your first week
Say what you do out loud and start a "bragging rights" file.
Authenticity and your first ask
Send three first asks using the messages I give you.
Keep In Touch
Set up your follow-up habit and send 10 thoughtful touchpoints.
Explorative
Choose three rooms for the next 90 days and make one introduction for someone else.
Putting it to work
Have five Champion conversations with people in your corner.
Showcase and what comes next
Share a win with the group and build your 90-day plan.
What it takes
A little each week is enough.
There are no networking events in the program and nothing to perform. The work is a text, a coffee or a specific ask to someone who already likes you, and I give you the words for it.
- 20minutesA weekly block on your own calendar. That's the work.
- 2minutesThe Friday check-in, so you can see your progress.
- 6weeks liveWednesdays at noon Central, November 11 to December 16, every session recorded.
- 12monthsIn the Network Of Champions community, with my monthly live Q&A.
In their words
What people say after a session with me.
These come from my talks, keynotes and workshops. The Champion Sprint is new, so stories from Champions in the program will join them later, in their own words.
In a fast, AI-driven and remote work-centric world, Amy's focus on authenticity, vulnerability, and timeless people skills feels both refreshing and deeply relevant. Investing in professional skills has a high return on investment.
Before hearing Amy speak, I didn't realize how much my own words were holding me back; I was selling myself short. And I wasn't the only one. You could feel it in the room. It was eye-opening. I've already started making changes and approaching events in a more intentional, productive way.
Amy is the connector of all connectors. She showed me how to network in my late 20s and has greatly impacted my life and career.
My guarantee, in full
Five conversations within 60 days, or your money back.
Come to the sessions or watch the replays, take each week's step and write it down in your Friday check-in. If you haven't had five conversations within 60 days of starting, I'll refund your seat. Your Friday check-ins are the record of the steps you took, so there's nothing extra to prove.
A conversation is any form of discussion: a call, a text, a message or in person.
Following the steps means completing the curriculum, attending the sessions or watching the replays, and doing the homework the program directs.
Starting means your first session, so the guarantee is five conversations within 60 days of your first session.
To claim, reply to any program email or email me at amy@amybsiegfried.com.

Questions
The things people ask before they say yes.
Is this sales training?
No. It's relationship building. You won't learn a pitch or a script. You'll learn to stay in touch with the people you already know, and to ask for help in a way that sounds like you.
Does it work in my industry?
It's built for anyone whose work grows through people. The steps are the same whether you sell homes, run a business, advise clients or are looking for your next role. They start with the people who already know and like you.
Is this for me if I hate events and small talk?
Yes, and you'll be in good company. There are no networking events in the program and nothing to perform. The work is a text, a coffee or a specific ask to someone who already likes you.
How much time does it take?
One live 60-minute session with me each week for six weeks, plus 15 minutes of optional Q&A if you'd like to stay on. Then you protect a 20-minute block on your own calendar, and the Friday check-in takes about two minutes.
Is it live or recorded?
Both. The founding cohort meets live on Wednesdays at noon Central, from November 11 to December 16, and every session is recorded. The lessons for each module are in the community, so you can watch them at your own pace.
What does it cost?
The secure checkout shows the price before you pay anything, and you can pay in full or over time with Klarna or Afterpay. If you'd like to talk it through first, book a call with me.
Do I need a call before I join?
No. If this page answers your questions, you can join right now. If you'd like to talk it through first, book a call with me, and a member of my team may join us.
Can my employer pay for it?
Often, yes. You'll get a receipt from Stripe by email the moment you enroll, and every enrollment includes my employer-reimbursement kit, with an email for your manager. If your company wants to send a group, start on my page for firms.
What happens after the six weeks?
You keep 12 months in the Champions Circle. Each month there's a 30-minute live Q&A with me, with questions collected ahead of time. The weekly Keep In Touch prompt continues in the community, and there's a sprint re-run each quarter. After your first year, you can stay in the Circle if you'd like.
What exactly does the guarantee require?
It's written out in full in the guarantee section above: five conversations within 60 days, if you follow the steps. To claim, reply to any program email or email me at amy@amybsiegfried.com.
